What is the method of payment/ How do I pay?

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, Paypal, and bank wire transfers.

Once your order is ready, one of our sales representatives will contact you through the email you provided when you placed the order. You will receive an email from us with the subject line “Pineapple Beauty Order”.  We will then attach a copy of your invoice with the total amount including shipping and will ask which payment method you would like to proceed with.

For ALL credit card transactions: we will ask you to fill out a credit card authorization form and send back to us. This is how we will process the payment. We do not keep the card on file because the amount is different for every order. The authorization form is also a way for us to get permission to charge your card. Which is why we send the authorization form for every new order placed. We are hoping in the future to change this method. We hope you understand and appreciate you working with us.


-International Payments

For ALL international orders, we require a wire transfer as the method of payment. There is also a $10 wire transfer fee that is added. We will contact you through email with our banking information once your order is ready.

 

What is the status of my order? How do I find out the status of my order?

When you place an order, it takes 2-5 business days to process your order however during times when a highly popular item is being sold, orders may take up to 7 business days to process. Processing time means the order is being fulfilled and packaged during this period. Once your order is ready, your order status will then be changed to shipped.

How do I register? 

You will need to create an account on the website.  Please be aware that you are required to submit a picture or copy of your seller’s permit. If you do not submit one, one of our sales reps will contact you asking for this information.
